Refund Policy

At Spiritual Mind Academy, we are committed to providing authentic training, guidance, and learning experiences. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any program, workshop, or service.

1. No Refund After Enrollment

Once a participant is enrolled and access to any live session, recorded material, digital content, or study resources is provided, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Partial or Non-Attendance

Refunds will not be granted in cases including but not limited to:

• Non-attendance or partial attendance of sessions
• Participant choosing to discontinue or drop out
• Personal reasons, internet issues, or time constraints

Attendance and participation are the sole responsibility of the participant.

3. Results Disclaimer

All programs require learning, practice, discipline, and individual effort. Results may vary from person to person. Therefore:

• Results are not guaranteed
• Refunds will not be provided based on expectations or perceived outcomes

4. Non-Transferable Enrollment

Enrollment is strictly non-transferable. Fees paid cannot be transferred, adjusted, or assigned to another person, batch, or program.

5. Exceptional Situations

Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of Spiritual Mind Academy and will be considered only in rare cases such as:

• Program cancellation by the Academy
• Technical failure from our side preventing program delivery

Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Misuse, Harassment & False Claims

Any attempt to file false complaints, misuse legal or cyber platforms, or engage in harassment, threats, or defamation will be treated as misuse of law. The Academy reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.

By enrolling in any program offered by Spiritual Mind Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
