I recently experienced a 3 to 3.5 hour Cosmic Healing session with Mr. Manish Gupta, and it was truly transformative. There was absolutely no rush throughout the entire session. The space felt safe, patient, and deeply intentional. I have been practicing meditation for years, but over the past few months it had stopped working for me the way it used to.
